Hello, I'm trying to display news from the infoblock, but I get only text output, but I also need an image. I don’t know from which side to approach the issue. new to web development.

The problem is not entirely clear, isn't news a text?

The infoblock element contains image identifiers in the PREVIEW_PICTURE and DETAIL_PICTURE fields.
By this identifier, you can either display an image
or get the path to it from the root of the site
