How to receive a call by IP?

Hello. I registered in a service that provides premium numbers, and so, there is an opportunity to redirect the call to IP. There you need to specify the IP to which their call will be redirected (it is indicated from which IP the call will go). How to receive a call by IP? I'm a noob at this, any help would be greatly appreciated :)

I can offer siplink.pro - it supports the termination of calls to an ip-address. True, for this, after registration, you will need to contact technical support in order for your virtual PBX to be allocated an ip-address.
