How to recalculate shipping cost by condition?

Let's say there are goods of two brands: "iPhone" and "Samsung".
If you specify the condition "Apply a 100% discount to the shipping cost" in the "Rules for working with the basket", if there are no products with the "Samsung" brand in the basket, then this does not work quite correctly, because when you add a product of the "Samsung" brand, the discount starts count shipping.
The question is how to make it so that when adding the product "Samsung", the system counts only the delivery for "Samsung" products, and does not take into account the delivery for "iPhone" products ?
