How to read xml file in windows phone?

Good day. How to force the program to read the xml file on windows phone? On msdn they recommend LoadXml, but I don’t understand something what to indicate in it. Thanks in advance.

The LoadXml parameter is actually xml in text form. First read the file into a string, then feed that string to LoadXml.
