How to read / write to herpom using arduino (avrISP) as a programmer on a computer?

pins vcc,gnd,clk(scl),data(sda)
connected to
arduino - eerpom 5v

gnd-gnd
a4-data
a5-clk
Arduino nano (CH340G) stitched avrisp. On COM3

As far as I understand, AVRISP is intended for data exchange via ICSP. and data transfer there via MISO&MOSI.
