How to read progress value in terminal progress bar?

There is the following task: Implement the ability to download files, with the ability to view progress, using the aria2 console application. The application itself is able to show download progress in the terminal, but I have no idea how I can consider this information as a third-party script.
As I understand it, the very principle of the "dynamic line" operation (with the help of which terminal progress bars are implemented) is based on the fact that output applications do not complete work with it, respectively, other applications that try to read this information do not receive this line, until the outputting application is done with it. And it will end only when the progress reaches 100%, which does not suit us.
Is there any way to count each change of this line?

Connect to the libaria2 project and not deal with garbage with an external application.
