How to read muscle tension and relaxation and send it to the micro controller?

I know that the question is painfully specific, but if suddenly someone was interested or faced. How to count the movement of muscle tissue and which microcontroller is better to use for data processing, for the subsequent movement of the prosthesis. If anyone has experienced this, please send sources or articles, I will be very, very grateful.

The choice of the microcontroller should worry least of all in this task. The main thing here is to remove the electrical impulse. This requires low-noise, highly sensitive input amplifier stages.

Look at the muscles. It matters. You can read the muscles, for example, the bend of the fingers, along the wrist. any sensor that can read the bulge/tension of the muscle is suitable, as the relief changes, let's say the tension of the bracelet changes. it can all be counted. And there is a banal calibration.
