How to read *.docx file in PHP with formatting and pictures preserved?

Hello!
Tell me how to read a Word file with formatting preserved, headers and footers are not needed, only the text of the image file itself.
I found the library https://github.com/PHPOffice/PHPWord/tree/master but either I didn’t find it, or there are simply no tools to implement what I need ... If someone owns this library normally, then I ask for help with the code. I found almost nothing useful in the documentation.
