Is it possible to slander the backbone provider on Megafon for sending traffic to the backbone in vain?

- you are a large corporate client (moreover, Megafon has this concept - you yourself understand that it is "large" for it)
- you have acquaintances inside Megafon and you are good with them relationships, even if they are not support, can at least bring you together with the right person. All this, of course, does not guarantee in the slightest that the problem will be solved as you need, but at least they will listen. Otherwise, they will send an on-duty reply :)
