How to reach a neighboring server in Azure through a virtual network?
Hello.
In trying to figure out the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, I can't beat the seemingly simple thing.
There are two virtual machines combined into one virtual network/subnet
One of them (10.0.0.4) is running mysql server.
How can I connect to this server from a nearby machine (10.0.0.5)?
Network Security Group opened port 3306 for incoming and outgoing (or is it only for external access?)

The network cannot have open/closed ports. It is on the virtual machine that endpoints are configured and they open access to external connections.
