Hello.
In the layout I came across the following:
When I try to copy a layer to a new document, a white background appears which is removed by changing the blend mode, how can I save the image without this white background (keep transparency)?

If the logo was originally with a white background, you need to clip it, or find a ready-made vector one or one that has already been clipped to png. There is no other way, but you can trim in a variety of ways.
For example:
- click on the layer preview icon to open a window with layer effect settings
- in the "Blend if:" settings group, move the upper "This layer" slider a few divisions to the left. this will remove the white background. on a high-quality image, 254-250 is enough, on bad ones you need to move on
- put a new empty layer under the logo layer
- merge both layers . You will
get a layer without a white background. If the image is of poor quality, such clipping will fray the edges.
You can't save transparency. But it can be restored from white. Answers in this topic: How to change white to transparent in Photoshop? .
If you need a specific logo, then don't worry, look for it in a vector: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:FedEx_Expr... . Add some transparency to match the layout.
