How to raise WOL (Wake On Lan) from S5 (Disabled) on a laptop or PC?

I wake up the laptop through the Keenetic Air interface. I solved the problem of waking up laptops from the S5 state (Complete shutdown) I tried all 9 points. What found in a network, except for a restr. I will say right away that editing the registry helped. From the symptoms it was, in sleep mode the system wakes up on WOL, from the off state there is none. If you reset the power and connect, the system rose 1 time and then after turning off Windows, the scenario was repeated.
Setting:
1) Turn on the PC from S5(Off) state. We go into the BIOS, look for the wake up item or similar. We turn on loading.
2) Enabling magic packets in the network card settings. ( https://www.groovypost.com/howto/enable-wake-on-la... )
3) Setting the power mode. Inside, find an item with PCI power, prohibit shutdown
General instructions here ( https://zanz.ru/wake-on-lan-ne-rabotaet-na-kompyut... )
4) Changed the registry in 2 ways: 1 (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class{4d36e972 -e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\0002) and 2(Navigate to KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NDIS\Parameters) RMB -> New DWORD (32-bit) Value Name the field AllowWakeFromS5. Inside it we write the value 1. I did this with 2 paths. We reboot.
After 4 points, the system wakes up normally from the off state, I have not seen any failures yet. I disconnected the cables and power, put it back in, got up without problems.
