How to raise more than 300-400 ip addresses on 3proxy?

launched ipv6 proxy server (3proxy).
Once I read somewhere that you can run several thousand ip addresses on 3proxy. Now I can't find it.
But I can't "raise" no more than 300-400 addresses, a large load on the server.
