How to raise a VPN without logs?

There are many services that offer no-logs VPN (which means do what you want), but the problem is that this may not be the case. Once I read an article about raising my VPN to VDS and I was interested in it. But so the question itself is, if you raise your VPN, it’s good, but before you raise your VPN, you buy VDS and then burn your IP))) that is, VPN is no longer needed or am I misunderstanding something?

That's right - you can "scorch" your address or deanonymize for a thousand reasons.
But you can buy and connect more or less anonymously - for bitcoins and through a chain of proxies.
And in order to do what I want, you can:
1. Buy vds anonymously
2. Correctly configure vpn/proxy (especially in terms of protection against timed attacks/traffic engineering, etc.)
3. Use it only as an element of a proxy chain
4. Ensure load on the proxy with left noise traffic
5. Connect from a disposable machine
6. Earn paranoia and bad sleep
7. ... etc., etc.
*eight. no profit!
All this requires some effort, knowledge, experience and leads to a detailed study of various codes (tax, mostly).
It is much more difficult to cover not your address, but the offline aspects of your Wishlist (getting IRL profit, for example)
