How to raise a guest system after expanding the RAM?

On the switched off guest machine, I increased the maximum amount of RAM with the virsh setmaxmem WS 1024 command and after the reboot, Windows loaded a message about the damage to the boot image. Is there a solution to raise the guest axle?
