How to raise a common WIFI network for different objects?
How to raise such a WIFI network so that by connecting, for example, in one office of the organization in another office, you could use the same connection?
I suspect that for this it will be necessary to share some hardware IDs, right?

Since roaming is not needed, the task is elementary. Just the same SSID with the same authentication.
Cheap and beautiful: two points in bridge mode and the same type of encryption (let it be WPA / PSK for specifics, the same SSID and password). On 2 links it worked for me like this
I'm not exactly an expert, but firstly there was a good article about this: habrahabr.ru/post/185138/
Secondly, the requirement is not entirely clear. What does "continue using the same connection" mean. If you don’t have a network somewhere between offices, i.e. let's say we go out in one building there is a network, then we go out into the street, there is no network, then we enter another building again, then this can be done using WiFi, as far as I know, it will not be possible to reconnect.
If you need to make it so that the client can move from point to point, then you need "seamless roaming". Note that if you also need WiFi phones to work seamlessly, there may be additional issues.
