How to quickly transfer file names to text?

Task: in windows, select files in a folder, press ctrl-v somewhere and get a list with the names of the selected files in the output.

chcp 1251
dir /b > files.txt

In FAR, you can simply select the necessary files, Ctrl + Insert and file names in the buffer.
In Windows - select the necessary files, Ctrl + C, in the notepad, Ctrl + V, get the names with the full path.
