How to quickly set up Jenkins?

Tell me how to quickly set up Jenkins so that it monitors changes in the git (bitbucket), takes updated files and updates similar files on the web server. Jenkins and the webserver are physically on the same machine.
Perhaps there are some videos or articles. There is a lot of work, there is no opportunity to poke around. Now I just manually update the files via FTP, but it's very inconvenient, sometimes you forget to update something.
Just in case - files from WordPress (php, css, js, images) :-)
