How to quickly remember web development materials?

So, while I was preparing for exams and all that, over the summer I spent very little time opening up web development, since the end of August I haven’t developed anything at all, and it so happened that knowledge began to disappear, I made it adaptive, now I open it, the source code and think , "Is it really all I did, and how?" I understood well Js and the accompanying React&Redux (learned at 5.8/10), how can I remember everything to start working? Where are the materials that help me remember everything? Brief articles, videos, tests?

Remember what was the most difficult or most complete project you did. Take a similar one, start developing from "0". Return to previous projects only to refresh knowledge, but not to copy solutions.
