How to quickly merge many png images into one jpg file?

There are 2 folders with pictures. Folder "Right" and folder "Left".

These folders contain 100 png images with a transparent background. In total, there are 200 png images in 2 folders.

In the folder "Right" - there are pictures that should be on the right

In the folder "Left" - there are pictures that should be on the left

It is necessary to combine all these pictures so that each picture from the "Right" folder uses all the pictures from the "Left" folder 1 time and further, so that each picture from the "Left" folder uses all the pictures from the "Right" folder 1 time.

Each folder contains those pictures that should be in the final (glued) image from a certain side - left and right.

The total should be 100x100=10000 pictures.

How to do this automatically, for example, with what scripts, or is there built-in tools in Photoshop? Batch processing does not seem to be suitable for this.
