How to quickly learn web programming, layout, website development?
I studied for a humanitarian specialty, but I want to learn programming. I am absolutely zero in this, only at school they made a website in html. I want to learn at least something related to the layout / creation of sites, so that I can freelance, because. You won't get hired without a specialized education anyway. But I don't know the topic at all. I found these courses https://openedu.ru/course/ITMOUniversity/WEBDEV/#
What else is worth reading in addition to gain a base?

I see no reason to pay if everything is available for free. Plus there are a lot of courses on youtube.
If you need a tutor, then you should not do it at all.
But don't be under any illusions. You can start typesetting very quickly, but gaining a skill for which they will be willing to pay is not easy. And it’s good to pay, it’s not at all easy and not everyone gets there. There are a lot of typesetters, and after courses without experience - just darkness, so they work for food. So before you go into it, ask yourself "Am I ready to work very hard, study all my life, and wait a few years until I start getting more or less normal money?". If yes, ok. If not, don't start. Learning how to make websites in a week and earning super money is a myth, it was just paid courses that came up with it.
Complete the course "Creating Websites in 24 Hours"
in 24 hours you will be able to create websites
if you are asking what to do here, then you don’t even have to start
with a liberal education, you can look in the direction of digital marketing, that is, advertising and promotion on the Internet
, the money there is no worse, if not better
the only thing I advise, if the goal is money, you should not even start
1-6 months depending on the base, abilities, age, gender (I am not a sexist, and not an ageist, rather the opposite, and some employers, eyars and tech directors - yes). Next, you will have to wind around the thresholds, send out the correct resume (yes, it has no experience, but at least present yourself well), they will take an internship with an n-th attempt, if everything works out, then a junior, and so on.
And the main experience, about which they sing here, you will gain already at work, on real tasks from real smart and experienced colleagues you will gain knowledge, do not be afraid to ask.
What to read? Yes, just go to the site with the works, find what you need and create a site with these technologies, in the process you will understand and find what to read.
