How to quickly initialize a custom project template?

Hello. There is my template - a blank for the following projects and I need to somehow quickly initialize it in order to start working right away. I read about Yeoman - there are no similar generators, plus I don't use grunt and bower to create my own generator. Now I stopped only cloning the prepared repository with a template from the github. Perhaps there are more convenient options? Thanks

1. I would advise you to take my includeHTML and build yourself a block-by-block visual constructor in order to get a ready-made DOM for saving into a template.

3. To hide/show files: file attributes and symbolic links to folders and files through a shell/cmd script.
