Automatic nightly builds and GitHub releases?

There are several open projects, I want automatic and free builds for these projects, just like Travis CI runs tests, Docker builds images with a new version of the application preinstalled and the like.
Are there self-hosted solutions that I can write myself, but is there something ready with free hosting for Open Source?

"Ready and with free hosting for open source" - and there is Travis CI, why does it not suit you? Automatically collects, runs tests, makes some artifacts. After a successful build, no one bothers to upload these artifacts to some server from which they will be distributed (as a rule, now for many it is SourceForge, since GitHub has closed the release file).
