How to quickly get started on Bulma?

I want to write simple interfaces for the backend on django myself. The path through js and vue so far seems to be long and complicated.
There is a classic option through the django template engine and include css.
I understand that you need to masturbate in css.
How to do it better? Open Talmud by css?
Or a manual for bulma? Or maybe take a course on layout?

You come up with the interface you want to create in your head and try to replicate it in HTML. CSS frameworks are learned in the same way that everything in programming is learned - by doing.

Learn css grid and basic styles for decorating elements (colors, transparency, shadow, stroke, roundness, etc.).
This will be enough to make simple interfaces.
