I have a database of 150 numbers of those people who ordered services from me. But to show similar people, you need 1000 numbers. I will collect this amount from 5 years and above.
How can such a quantity be collected in a short period of time? I only have a way out of this to make a webinar to collect a bunch of numbers and only then insert them into Yandex Direct.

It is not necessary to collect 1000 phone numbers, it can be 1000 contacts, phone numbers and e-mail, mixed up.
