While there is no first sale of advertising - do not bother yourself with this.
To start selling, it is enough to know that the placement of advertising is drawn up by an agreement, and the end of the placement is an act on the provision of services, and that the money is transferred according to the details from the invoice for payment.
As you make the first sale, hire an incoming accountant to submit declarations and generally monitor what the individual entrepreneur owes to the state. He will also help with sample documents.
Normal advertisers make banners themselves, but something tells me that in your case, with direct sales, you will have to make banners yourself - and this is no small problem! You need a designer + flasher, and you need to be able to coordinate layouts with the customer. If so, then it is better for you to place not banners, but text-graphic blocks - it will be easier to make them.
