How to quickly and efficiently find a job as a junior developer in Moscow?
Is the choice of job search tool limited to hh and my circle? Heard about mailing resumes, how is it done? Somewhere they take emails for mailing or just send their resume to the companies they like? Does it make sense to go to the organization yourself and find out specifically on the spot whether they need developers (as in the good old days people got a job). Does it make sense to apply to recruitment agencies? In general, subject.

just on hh the easiest way, everything else is more complicated and dreary, it is logical that you need to send emails to companies for the vacancies of which you are applying.
already in the year 2006, almost everyone I knew in IT was looking for work on sites like hh, no one went anywhere with their feet.
Well, if you are willing to pay a recruitment agency to find a job for you, then why not go.
the bottom line is either to spend time on it yourself or pay others to spend theirs, there are no magics in the agency.
taking into account the fact that the unemployed have a car of free time, the choice is obvious.
