How to quickly and easily record videos on a laptop in HD 1080p for sharing on YouTube?

I record videos for YouTube and at HD 1080p quality - less blur and more clarity. Screen resolution on a laptop: 1364x768 - resp. it's not HD 1080p.
I have to contrive:
1) I write a video broadcast using OBS Studio - but I need a good Internet connection, otherwise the picture does not keep up with the sound
2) I write a video in Camtasia, then I distill it into WMV with a resolution of 1920x1080 - well, it squeezes for a very long time ...

Maybe there more options?
I want to reduce the time of working with video and simplify it as much as possible

Um, you can set the resolution to 1920x1080 in the same Vegas, why such sophistication?
