How to query average by month, day and hour in PostgreSQL?

In general, the task is generally tricky and I don’t even know how to do it. want to get data from postgres type
id | value 1 for n hour | value 1 in n+1 hours | ... | sum of value 1 per shift | average per value change 2 | sum of value 1 per day | daily average values 2 | sum of value 1 per month | monthly average values 2
