How to put win on second ssd in macbook?
macbook pro 15 mid 2012
2.3 GHz Intel Core i7
8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
disk0 ssd not native
disk1 ssd not native in optibay instead of a drive I
install Windows from a flash drive and gives an error:
"Windows cannot be installed on this disk. Perhaps the equipment of this computer does not support booting from this disk. Make sure that the controller of this disk is enabled in the computer's BIOS menu "
(only one of it)
From what I found out:
- the method with a fusion drive from two ssds will not work.
- there is an option with rearranging the screws: you need to disassemble it, remove the screw with the macro, try to put it either in slot 0 and put Windows and then rearrange everything back, or there is something else to shuffle them into slots and rearrange Windows and not the fact that everything will work correctly .
- there is an option to split disk0 in half, put Windows on the second half, split disk1 into two parts and format one for storing macos files, format the second half for storing Windows files
Are there any other options? it is desirable - "run the file, install the patch" or, for example, "write such and such a command in the console" - in general, some other solution is needed.
