Why did Sierra start requiring a password for the ssh key after updating MacOS?

With the latest updates, I caught a glitch, now any connection via ssh requires you to specify a password for id_rsa, I know the password, but there are programs that do not know how to ask for a password, and it’s also expensive to specify it every time.
How to return so that it does not ask for a password?
