How to put things in order in a table?

I have a table with my expenses by months, it all looks like this,

you can’t see it there, but there are still the same number of sheets, I thought about how to divide this matter and arrange it so that everything is fine, who will tell you how easier and more convenient it is to do it?
If I take out the sheets in another table, can I make links inside it? Or maybe I'm worried and leave it like that?
