How to link cells of multiple Google spreadsheets?

Greetings.
There are numbers that are filled in several separate Google sheets, by different people. You need to link this data into one table. Please tell me how to do it. I am using the importnrange function. Writes a syntax error, what the error can not understand. Here is the formula: =IMPORTRANGE("1nKJW4ggAeyg7aQLPmOHTN0W-LvGaZH_WlGZmocCbKrY","C3").
I can't figure out how to get the table key correctly. What is written in the instructions and what is different for me: Here is a link to the spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1C6XPIRb1jr...
