Please advise how can I deposit money into my Payoneer account if I do not earn money through their partner programs?
Paypal does not allow you to link a virtual account for payment by US Payments System. What other options are there?
I am in Russia. Google didn't help. Thank you please.

No way, Pioneer does not allow you to enter money in the left ways for an amount greater than that earned from partners, that is, you earned 100 bucks from partners and brought it to the card, you can withdraw 100 bucks to the card through Paypel.
