How to put mobile app on Google Play after build in Cordova?

Started learning mobile application development based on Cordova. Can you please tell me how to put the assembled application on Google Play? The platform was added with the command: cordova platform add android . Then I checked on the emulator: cordova run --emulator .
I want to put it on Google Play after the final revision. How it's done?
