How to put markers on OSM on your site?

Good afternoon.
The title may not fully describe the essence of the issue, I will try to explain in more detail below.
I would like to make a page like this on my site .
That is, an osm map, and on it marks, coordinates, names and data, when opened, are taken from their own database.
I had never worked with maps before, but after a little googling and reading the questions here, I realized that I needed to look towards openlayers, but I didn’t find anything about labels and I would be very grateful if you give the vector where to look.

Leaflet.js is lighter (31 KB) and easier to learn than OpenLayers.
An example of "OSM map + marker + popup" is given right on the main page and takes ten lines along with comments.
