Actually the essence of the question is how to put the firmware on the Tronxy P802MA 3d printer, after turning it on 2, it began to issue white squares in 2 rows. Do I need a programmer or can I do without? And if it's not difficult to flash the firmware for this printer with the settings already configured, if any.

I have the same printer. Uploaded via Arduino Uno. The connection diagram is described here.

After flashing the bootloader, you need to set the fuses
bootloader.low_fuses=0xFF
bootloader.high_fuses=0xDC
bootloader.extended_fuses=0xFD
