How to put down chown when deploying to prod?

Dev-environment works under one user and group, production - under another.
What is the most efficient way to change the owner of directories (for example, through a bash script) when deploying via SFTP?
Or is there a better approach?
Dev environment: MAMP, PHPStorm.
Production: Debian at DigitalOcean.

deploy from the git under the required user, everything will be fine by default.
