How to put both text and an image on the clipboard?

Now, if I select text on a web page and a picture next to it, copy it (Ctrl + C) and then paste it into Word or Evernote, for example, then both the text and the picture will be inserted there. But if I paste into notepad, only the text will be pasted.
How to get the URL of the image too?
