How to put an ssl certificate on the xampp dev.loc local domain?

There is a local xampp server, I made a dev.loc domain, set it up to open via https, but a warning always pops up. I read several articles on how to do this, but could not figure it out. Tell me, has anyone done this before? Is there a guide somewhere that works?

Add to browser exceptions. Or what, do you want a valid certificate for this domain? :)

Chrome will still ban him, they say it's unsafe) Self-signed now do not channel.
