How to put all traffic through a proxy server?

There is actually a local area network. I connect to the Internet through a proxy server, which is one of the computers on this network. Is it possible to make it so that ALL traffic is redirected to it?

envelops the entire system and allows all traffic through any proxy socks 4 5 nttp
there are also exceptions for individual programs or sites or even ports
