How to put a YouTube video and an image in one line?

Greetings!

There was a need to place a video and a picture in one line. Something like this:

And, most importantly, this block should be adaptive, i.e. in the mobile version it was shown like this:

As soon as I didn’t try to implement it with the help of divs and a table, everything still turns out very crooked and in the mobile version it either breaks the layout, or the image shrinks to indistinguishable sizes.
Please tell me how this can be implemented.
