Hello.

The question seems to be simple, but I can’t figure out how to put the site on hosting, I have a site written using js, I run it on a PC using the npm start command, the server ( localhost:3000 ) rises, the site works, there are no assemblers (webpack, gulp ).

You need a dedicated server: VPD/VDS.
Of the cheapest, to 'try' - firstvds.ru. I recommend it not the first time. You will hardly find lower prices with quality service.
Or, if this is a light test project, try Heroku.
