How to put a review to the contractor when changing the terms of the contract?

When changing the terms of payment for the project with the customer, I encountered the following problem. He raised my hourly rate. And now my project is displayed as closed (with the old rate) and open with the new one, but closed with the second rate without a review! I can leave a review for a customer, but he can't leave me. I am attaching a screenshot of the customer's admin panel

Did you decide something with the project at the old rate? I have the same story, 2 projects with a changed rate, the old ones were closed without a review.
