How to push a static blog on github?

I installed to test CMS Ghost, according to the tutorial - habrahabr.ru/post/240733
Everything is fine, on the local machine - it works, the command does not want to be executed:
buster deploy
And here is the error:

fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

What am I doing wrong?
