How to pull vendor?

I installed yii2 basic via composer, after that I did it composer installcomposer update- everything went well!
But the project does not start - I noticed that there is no folder vendor!
How can I tighten it up after installation vendor?

composer installthat's exactly what it does. What directory did you run this in? And how did the execution end install?
