How to pull "degree" numbers from Apache POI?

Good afternoon, there is an Excel, you need to pull out the value of the cell, and save all the styles.

The fact is that if there is a degree symbol in the line, then when I get the value for the cell, I just pull out a number (here, I don’t understand how to understand that the number is a degree).

Screen1 (the value of the cell that I want to pull out, while remembering somewhere that this 1 is drawn a little higher and less than the rest)

screen2 (data that I can easily pull out) The

question is, how do I understand that this unit in the line should be formed how is the degree? the index of the element will suffice.

ps in excel numbers that should not be remembered as a degree (changing all the numbers is a bad idea)
