How to pull all items from popup_menu in active window (sublime api)?

Good day.
Please tell me how to pull out everything that is in the autocomplete window through sublime api?
I managed to pull out only those operators that are in open documents and are registered in the documents themselves using

sublime.active_window().views()

But I'm interested in how to get the entire popup list.
