How can I get this video stream and put it in an m3u playlist so that I can watch it later through IPTV?

Previously, I also wanted to rebroadcast video from the ISS, but everything is not easy with Yustream. I don’t remember exactly how, but I dealt with these devices: ustream url converter and Rtmpdump.
