How to publish posts from Wordpress to Telegram via Iftt only from a certain category?

The blog has several categories.
And just from one category, posts are published on the main page.
Only these posts need to be sent to the telegram channel.
But Iftt sends everything, and I don't understand how to specify a specific category.
